Team Page

The Team Page is where Org Admins and MSP Super Admins manage team membership and roles.

Team Actions​

  • Invite new users by email
  • Assign roles during or after joining
  • Remove or deactivate users
  • View login history (coming soon)

Role Assignment Rules​

  • Roles must be compatible with the team type (MSP or Org)
  • First user of a team is always Super Admin/Admin
  • Vendors are not shown on the team page

  • A user can only belong to one team at a time.
